Every survey we deliver is as thorough as possible. You can choose a full home buyer report or individual services from us depending on your requirements. If requested we can offer everything from roof inspections to structural reports, our surveyors inspect gas, electrical and drainage systems, but please note that no formal tests will be done.
After each inspection a full report will be delivered. A list of recommendations will also be provided, with issues listed according to how important they are. Repair costs will be calculated so you can get a rough idea of how expensive it will be to get the property into the correct condition.
