We use recent evidence of comparable sales in the vicinity, adjusted for the size & state of repair of the individual property.
What are the terms and conditions of your survey reports?
These will be supplied on request.
Do you hold RICS professional indemnity insurance and public liability insurance?
Yes, £1 million pounds standard cover for each and every claim, or increased cover on request.
Do you test the services & utilities?
No but we visually inspect the water supply, drains, electrical and heating installations, and advise if specialist advice should be sought.
Do you cost repairs?
Not for home buyer reports but repair costs can be provided on request for building surveys. Repairs costs are based on the BCIS cost index.
What specific details do you cover?
